Manisha Khatri is a Jaipur-based marketing professional with a dynamic journey shaped by adaptability, self-discovery, and real-world experience. Her career started at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, taking on sales and marketing responsibilities for a textile company during the lockdown. Her ability to build business relations, handle social accounts, find and utilise useful resources, and drive sales with minimal resources and no prior experience earned her early recognition.
She pursued her graduation from the University of Rajasthan and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree; her education ran parallel to her work in Jaipur’s textile industry. There she grew her skills and experience in fieldwork, production management, client interaction, and daily accounting.
After working for nearly three years at the company, Manisha decided to take a career break and explore different career opportunities. Her interest in finance and accounting led her to pursue a diploma in financial accounting, becoming an RKCL-certified financial accountant. She went on to intern at a local garment manufacturing company, gaining hands-on experience in accounting. However, after spending enough time in the field, she realised that accounting wasn’t the right long-term career fit for her.
Through freelancing and further exploration, Manisha discovered that sales and marketing were her true strengths and the right career path for her. She has just completed her diploma in marketing with a primary focus on digital marketing, gaining new tools, strategies, and insights to meet the challenges of this emerging field.
Currently, she is looking for opportunities to apply and refine her skills while making meaningful contributions. Her short-term goal is to be a part of an organisation that supports continuous learning and offers a platform for meaningful career growth.
